WICHITA, Kan. – Friends University junior Victoria Hofmann came out on top individually to lead the Falcons to a runner-up showing at the Crestview Fall Invitational at the Crestview Country Club in Wichita.
The Falcons shot 83, seven strokes behind Seminole State College and four strokes ahead of third-place Kansas Wesleyan University.
Hofmann recorded a +10 overall, with Lindsay McBride right behind in a tie for second at +14.
Taylor Price (+28) was tied for 11th and Rylin Wells (+39) finished tied for 15th.
Charliegh Haskins (+45) came in tied for 19th, while Sydney Ward (24th, +70) and Hannah Doremus (27th, +78) competed as individuals for the Falcons.
Under head coach Scott Moshier, the Falcons will next compete at the KWU Invitational next week (Sept. 22-23) at the Sand Creek Station in Newton, Kan.
