Our Vision is to optimize athletic performance using a process driven, intentional and holistic approach.

The Mission of a strength staff, first and foremost, is to take our athletes where they can’t take themselves. The strength and speed game is an infinite game. There is no end, only the process.

  • Improve athletic performance with goals of sports transference, injury reduction and education. Our job is to manage stress and create stimulus to reduce injury potential and optimize performance.

  • Prepare our athletes to move with high force at high speeds. Through continued education we will combine cutting edge training solutions with tried and true programming to help our student athletes achieve at their highest level.

  • Build positive relationships with our athletes while modeling respect, professionalism, enthusiasm, work ethic, and honesty.
