Friends Sports Information Department receives three NAIA-SIDA awards

WICHITA, Kan. – The Friends University Sports Information Department recently earned three 2024-25 NAIA-SIDA awards in the Publications and Media Contest.

In the Dr. Jack Bell Writing Contest, Friends Sports Information Director (SID) Levi Convirs penned a story titled "Anatomy of a Rebuild: How Harrison has Football Falcons thinking big" that was selected fourth in the Feature Story category.

In the Season Preview/Review category, the Friends Football season preview ranked seventh, followed closely by the Softball season preview in eighth place overall.
