WICHITA, Kan. – The Friends University Falcons have been selected to finish fourth in the 2025 KCAC Men's Soccer Preseason Coaches' poll, released today (Aug. 20) by the conference office.
The Oklahoma Wesleyan University Eagles, the defending KCAC regular season and tournament champions, were picked to repeat this season with 13 first-place votes.
Ottawa University was second with one first-place nod, while Kansas Wesleyan University, Friends and the University of Saint Mary rounded out the top five.
Under head coach Bryan Perez, the Falcons finished 6-4-3 in the KCAC last season and welcomes back an All-KCAC trio of Jose Quiel, Dylan Cedeno and Erik Huerta.
2023 All-KCAC first-team performer Sora Shibata also returns to the program this season for the Falcons.
Friends will officially open up the 2025 campaign tomorrow night at 7:05 pm at home vs. Benedictine College.
