NEW ORLEANS – The Friends University Track & Field Falcons garnered significant recognition in the 2025 NAIA U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) All-Academic award lists.
In addition to the individual academic honors listed below, both the Men and women's track & field programs were NAIA USTFCCCA All-Academic teams, given to teams with at least a 3.0 cumulative grade-point-average for all student-athletes listed on the institution's eligibility certificate.
Individually, the Men's Falcons put four student-athletes on the USTFCCA All-Academic list, while the Falcon Women had five representatives.
To be named a USTFCCCA All-Academic athlete, the student-athlete must have a cumulative 3.25 GPA and achieve an automatic or provisional qualifying mark during the indoor or outdoor season. Also, the student-athlete must have completed at least two semesters at the certifying institution.
