WICHITA, Kan. – The Friends University Men's Tennis Falcons were narrowly defeated 4-3 to the Kansas Wesleyan University Coyotes, while the Falcon Women were tripped up 5-2 at Riverside Tennis Center.

Cristobal Fuentes and Gabriel Gomes were each victorious in their singles matches and teamed up to win in doubles, while Connor Fitzsimmons and Augusto Morais also won their doubles contest 6-4.

For the women, the Falcons got singles wins from Silva Avakian and Aneth Diaz, with Diaz and Molly Bender winning 6-3 in doubles competition.

The Falcons are next hosting Tabor College later today (Apr. 14) at 3 pm.
