WICHITA, Kan. – Friends University sophomore Bernhard Koster continues to make his mark and has been voted as the KCAC Men's Golfer of the Week, the conference office announced today (Oct. 13). All KCAC Player of the Week awards are sponsored by Equity Bank.

Koster fueled the No. 10-ranked Falcons to a staggering 47-stroke victory with a first-place finish and an individual score of -4 last week at the Evangel Fall Invitational.

A native of Pretoria, South Africa, Koster set the tone early with a seven under first round score that begin the surge for the Falcons.

"Bernhard is a very talented player who is committed daily!" said Friends men's golf head coach Dustin Galyon. "He is a great teammate and has some really good golf ahead."

Koster and the Falcons are currently hosting the Falcon Cup at Auburn Hills in Wichita before competing in the KCAC Match Play event next week in Dodge City, Kan.
