Women’s Cross Country trio earns KCAC Scholar-Athlete Status

WICHITA, Kan. – A trio of Friends University Women's Cross Country Falcons have received the 2023 KCAC Scholar-Athlete award, the conference office announced today (Dec. 15). The KCAC Scholar-Athlete awards are sponsored by Barnes & Nobles, the official campus bookstore and course material provider of the KCAC.

To qualify for this award, the student-athlete must have reached sophomore academic standing at the beginning of the semester that they compete in, maintained a minimum 3.250 cumulative grade point average, have attended one full year at the KCAC institution, and be listed on the eligibility certificate for the sport.
