GREENWOOD, Ind. – For the second straight season, Friends University men's golf standout Trinton Nobles, a Health & Physical Education major, has received the prestigious Men's At-Large Academic All-America award, presented today (July 8) by the College Sports Communicators.

A three-time NAIA All-American, Nobles was selected as the KCAC Men's Golf Player of the Year for the third consecutive season after winning the KCAC individual championship with a four-round score of -3 to finish as the only individual under par.

Also a finalist for the 2026 Greater Wichita College Male Athlete of the Year, the McKinney, Texas native helped the Falcons post a runner-up result at the NAIA Men's Golf National Championship for the best national finish in Friends history.

In leading the Falcons to their fourth straight KCAC title, Nobles was also a first-team All-KCAC performer and earned NAIA PING second-team All-America honors.
