AUSTIN, Texas – Friends University men's golf student-athlete Trinton Nobles has been voted as a Men's At-Large Academic All-America selection, presented by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).
A Health and Physical Education major, Nobles has been a major presence for the Falcon men's golf program since debuting as a freshman during the 2022-23 season.
A back-to-back KCAC Player of the Year and two-time first-team All-KCAC performer, Nobles powered the Falcons to their third consecutive conference championship this past season.
The McKinney, Texas native earned his second straight NAIA All-America honor and received NAIA PING All-America recognition after compiling an average score of 71.5 with one tourney victory and five top three finishes during the 2024-25 campaign.
The individual title for Nobles came in the fall at the competitive Northwest Iowa Invitational where he posted a score of -3 to win by two strokes.
