WICHITA, Kan. – Friends University cross country head coach Matthew Lowe has resigned his position today (Mar. 7), VP of Athletics & Strategic Expansion Dr. Rob Ramseyer has announced.
In his lone season at the helm, Lowe guided both Falcon cross country programs to top five finishes at the KCAC Championship meet on Nov. 9 in Leavenworth, Kan.
Lowe also served as assistant coach for the Falcon indoor track & field teams this past season.
Before coming to Friends, Lowe was the head cross country and distance track coach at Saint Martin's University in Lacey, Wash.
The search for a permanent cross country head coach will begin immediately.
