Park City, Kan.  - Falcons wrestling opened their 2025-2026 season with the Falcon Open at Hartman Arena. Strong performances from both the men and women who competed.

Women's Division Highlights

• Daizy Gomez finished 2nd at 131 lbs (Freshman/Sophomore Division)

• Anissa Robinson took 3rd at 110 lbs (Freshman/Sophomore Division)

• Kaylynn Martin took 2nd Place at 110lbs (Open Division)

• Bailee Nelson took 4th Place at 180lbs (Open Division)

Men's Division Highlights

• Brayden Pacheco placed 2nd in the Elite division at 125 lbs 

• Wyatt Gardner placed 3rd in the Elite division at 141 lbs 

• Logan Davidson placed 3rd in the Elite division at 197 lbs

Men's wrestling will have their first dual meet at Newman University on Nov. 12. Women's Wrestling will travel to Ottawa for the Ottawa Women's Open on Nov. 8.
