WICHITA, Kan. – Friends University freshman Tate Rusher has been voted as the KCAC Men's Wrestler of the Week, the conference office announced today (Jan. 19).  All KCAC Player of the Week awards are sponsored by Athletic Solutions. 

Rusher pinned previously No. 20-ranked Donte Lopez at the 6:03 mark in the 149-pound division to help the No. 20-ranked Friends University Falcons pitch a 48-0 shutout in a dual victory over (RV) Oklahoma Wesleyan University last Thursday night (Jan. 15) inside the Garvey Center.

Rusher and the Falcons' next two competitions will be at Missouri Valley College, starting next Friday (Jan. 23) with the Missouri Valley Invite in Marshall, Mo.
