Women's Soccer Falcons fall at NCAA D-II Regis

DENVER — The NCAA D-II member Regis (Colo.) University Rangers earned a 4-0 win over the Friends University Falcons last night (Sept. 9) on their home turf in Denver.

The Rangers struck twice in each half to put the game out of reach. Despite the final score, goalkeeper Morgan Wilkinson was active throughout, finishing with seven saves while facing 12 shots on goal.

On the offensive side, Kieley Aranda led the Falcons' attack with a team-high three shots, two of which were on target. Solenn Levesque added two shots with one on goal, while Anahi Ibarra-Arevalo made the most of her lone attempt, forcing a save with her shot on goal.

The Falcons will look to bounce back quickly as they return to action this Saturday (Sept. 13), as they travel to Hastings, Neb. to face Hastings College. Kickoff is set for 5:30 p.m.
