WICHITA, Kan. — Friends University capped off their Senior Day weekend in dominant fashion, completing the sweep of McPherson with a 13–8 win in Monday's rescheduled Game 2. The Falcons poured on the offense, racking up 14 hits and scoring in every inning except the first. Tamara Lozoya, Jayden Estabrook, and Lexy Melo each smashed doubles and drove in multiple runs, while Priscilla Mora launched a home run and picked up two RBIs. Becca Dunn added two hits and scored twice, and Elena Montoya set the tone at the top of the order with a 3-for-5 performance, crossing the plate three times. In the circle, Friends used a full staff approach. Kierstan Weitze, Jenna Ormiston, Makenna Gifford, and Riley Wertz all saw time, working together to limit McPherson's late-inning surges and secure the win. The Falcons move to 32–10 overall, 20–4 KCAC, and will play Avila tomorrow at 2:00PM, completing KCAC play and moving into the post season tournament next week in Branson, Missouri.
