Wichita, Kan. - The Falcons wasted no time asserting control in Game 1, routing Tabor 10–1 in just five innings. Friends plated five in the first and never looked back, scoring in every inning but one. Priscilla Mora led the way with a home run and three RBIs, while Jayden Estabrook added two RBIs of her own. Alex Vick also went deep and drove in a pair as Friends racked up 11 hits, including three for extra bases.
Riley Wertz dominated in the circle once again, striking out 11 batters while allowing just one run on three hits in five innings of work.
Game 2 was a tighter affair, but the Falcons held strong to complete the sweep with a 5–3 win. Tabor's Payten Staley took one long in the third, but Friends answered with two in the third and two in the fourth to put it away. Elena Montoya and Becca Dunn each homered, and Raeleen Hernandez delivered two key doubles and scored twice. Izzy Jones added an RBI and a double as well. The Falcons used a full staff effort in the circle, with Wertz, Jenna Ormiston, Kierstan Weitze, and Alex Vick, Vick earning the Save, and the staff holding Tabor to five hits.
