North Newton, Kan. – The Friends University Competitive Cheer Falcons recorded a fourth-place finish at this evening's (Feb. 14) Thresher Invitational at Bethel College in North Newton, Kan.

The Falcons posted a season-high score of 79.20 for a top four result out of eight competing schools.

The Dance Falcons were also in action and produced a score of 55.35.

Up next for the Cheer Falcons is the OCU Classic on Feb. 27 in Oklahoma City, while the Dance Falcons will now gear up for the KCAC Championship meet on Mar. 14 at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kan.
