Box Score Leavenworth, Kan. - Falcons Men's Soccer played their first away conference match up against the University of St. Mary. The Spires started off the scoring via penalty kick, scored by Bryan Riojas to give St. Mary an early lead in the 14th minute. The Spires would keep this lead going into the half (1-0).
The second half would start with some intense attack from the Falcons, but could not get the equalizer to this match.

The Spires sealed the deal in the 68th minute making the lead 2-0. The defensive effort from the Spires goalkeeper, Ricardo Perez, really gave the Falcons a tough time tonight.
The Falcons (1-8-1) KCAC (1-3-1) look to shrug this game off and will travel to Nebraska to go against York on Saturday Oct. 4 at 3:30 PM.
