Siloam Springs, Ark. – The No. 12-ranked John Brown University Golden Eagles jumped on top early and went on to win 7-0 over the (RV) Friends University Falcons tonight (Aug. 30) in Siloam Springs, Ark.
Kaelyn Mole, Olivia Fish and Lauren Walter each scored within the first seven minutes of the match for the Golden Eagles (2-1).
Katherine Keys then scored at the 17:43 mark of the first half to make it 4-0 and JBU added three more goals in the second half.
The Falcons were outshot 21-4 overall and 13-2 on-goal, led by two shots from Kieley Aranda.
Friends, now 1-1 on the season, will next be at Texas Wesleyan University next Saturday (Sept. 6) starting at 3 pm in Fort Worth, Texas.
