Friends University

Serena Lytle enters her third year at Friends University as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. She primarily works with Men’s and Women’s Soccer and Baseball.

Lytle came to Friends after working for Newton Medical Sports and Orthopedic Center for two years. She was an outreach Athletic Trainer for Hesston College, Moundridge High school and Peabody High school.

Before Newton Med, Lytle was a Graduate Assistant at Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, Missouri for two years. There, she received her Masters of Science in Sports Management and primarily covered Football and Baseball.

Lytle attended Sterling College for four years, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training in 2016. She was also a part of the Sterling College Women’s Soccer team during her time there.

She is a Wichita native and currently resides there with her husband Nico.
