Alexander Lee begins his first season as the head men's tennis coach at Friends University with over 30 years of experience in teaching and competitve play.

Lee has been a certified instructor with the PTR (Professional Tennis Registry) for over 15 years, and has served on several national committees with the U.S. Tennis Association. He is presently on the Excecutive Board of the USTA Missouri Valley Section (which includes Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska)

Lee is also the Executive Director of the McAdams NJTL Tennis Foundation, a non-profit tennis education organization aimed at combining tennis and education for youth of all backgrounds. The organization has received several recognitions from USTA Kansas and the USTA MV Section for its work with youth.

Lee received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff where he played tennis for three years. He has a Master Certificate in Project Management from the Wichita State University Center for Management Development.
