Friends University

Terrence Phox brought a wealth of experience to the Friends University Falcon women's basketball program when he joined  the coaching staff in 2024. He was the head girls’ basketball coach at both Wichita Collegiate School and Trinity Academy in Wichita, KS. At WCS, Coach Phox led his team to a state championship in 2014 and was named the Area Coach of the Year.  

He graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University where he excelled in both football and basketball, receiving All-KCAC honors in both sports. He is an inductee of the Kansas Wesleyan University Athletic Hall of Fame as well as the Princeton High School Athletic Hall of Fame.    

Phox and his wife Kim have been married for 38 years. They have two married children, Kamri and Markus. They love spending time with their five active grandchildren and serving at Redeemer Church.
