WICHITA, Kan. – Friends University sophomore middle hitter Natalie Castillo has been named to the 2025 All-KCAC volleyball team as a third-team selection, the conference office announced today (Nov. 13).
Castillo brought an immediate impact to the Falcons in her first year with the program, leading the team in kills (278), kills per set (2.32) and hitting percentage (.263) while also serving as a force defensively with team-highs in solo blocks (20), block assists (54), total blocks (74) and blocks per set (0.62).
The Bakersfield, Calif. native arguably put together her best game when she produced a season-high 21 kills and hit .432 with five blocks to power the Falcons to a 3-2 victory over York University back on Oct. 4.
Castillo and the Falcons finished the 2025 season 19-12 overall and 4-9 in the KCAC.
