Box Score WICHITA, Kan. – Moving the regular season finale to Stryker Sports Complex due to inclement weather didn't seem to bother the Friends University Falcons' all-time modern-era leading goal scorer Keily Larosee, who scored both goals in a 2-0 victory over the Bethany College Swedes in the regular season finale tonight (Nov. 2).
Larosee's first goal came at the 12:59 mark from Lauryn Erickson to put the Falcons on top to stay.
Then just nine seconds into the second half, Larosee struck again with a goal off an assist from Elise Murrietta.
The Falcons were never threatened and dominated possession, outshooting the Swedes 31-1 overall and 16-1 on-goal.
Morgan Wilkinson stopped the only shot she faced, while Mackenzie Nutter was under duress all night and stopped 14 shots for Bethany.
Friends finishes the regular season as the fourth-seed in the KCAC and will host the fifth-seeded University of Saint Mary Spires Tuesday evening (Nov. 5) at Adair-Austin Stadium.
