Wichita, Kan. - On Homecoming Day the Falcons faced the Bulldogs in a hot one here in Wichita.
The Falcons got on the board quickly when Jose Quiel netted a goal just 1:38 into the match, assisted by Caique Pereira and the energy never stopped from there. Friends continued to pour on the attack, with Chase Chamminaraj scoring an unassisted goal at the 38-minute mark to close out a dominant first half.
The second half saw McPherson briefly threaten to come back with Sullivan's goal, but Friends responded with a second goal from Jose Quiel, who finished off a swift attack in the 57th minute. Sebastian Delgado put the final nail in the coffin with a composed strike in the 84th minute assisted once again by Quiel, capping a great team performance.
McPherson managed to muster 11 shots on goal, but Stryker Kelly and Arturo Pombo-Palomero were solid between the posts for Friends, combining for six saves across the match.
