WICHITA, Kan. – The Friends University Women's Powerlifting Falcons are welcoming Lauren Simpson to the program for the upcoming 2021 season.

"We're very excited that Lauren has chosen to continue her education and powerlifting career at Friends University," said Joe Belden, Friends University powerlifting head coach.

"She has the passion and work ethic needed to be successful as a Falcon."

Simpson comes to the Falcons from nearby Goddard, Kan.

"It's exciting to sign at Friends University, I'm looking forward to start my collegiate powerlifting career at a place close to home," Simpson said.
