Baseball Season Ends @ KCAC Tournament
Falcons win 2 of 4 games in Junction City

The Friends University baseball team displayed a lot of character and determination at the KCAC post-season baseball tournament in Junction City, KS. The Falcons, after losing a heartbreaker in the opening game of the tournament to Tabor College (10-7) came back in successive games with victories over the University of St. Mary 3-1 and over Tabor 7-6, before losing to Sterling College 8-5. The loss to Sterling in the double elimination tournament ended the Falcons season with a record of 16-33-1; and a 12-13 record against KCAC opponents. Kansas Wesleyan, the regular season champion, was also the KCAC post-season tournament champion, and will represent the KCAC in the NAIA national baseball tournament.
